Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy request, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing infotaulanga@gmail.com i with receipt for proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once your request is approved you will be advised of the mailing address to return item(s) through post only. Expenses covered by the customer requesting return. Only upon receiving the returned item(s)and going through our inspection review, we will notify you if your refund request has been approved or not.
If your request is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at infotaulanga@gmail.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any queries about our return policy at infotaulanga@gmail.com.
