Shipping policy

Please note due to COVID-19 there is the potential for delays with international shipping. While we aim to provide all customers with accurate delivery time frames, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to arrange for your order to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of the delay.

MISSING PARCEL? OH NO!

• Once your order has been picked up by the delivery partner, we are no longer liable for any delays or lost/damaged items.

• If you believe an order has been lost/damaged in transport or not delivered, please lodge a claim with the relevant delivery company. In some cases, the delivery company may ask you to get in touch with the sender as part of the claims process. If this is the case, please email us at: infotaulanga@gmail.com

• We DO NOT deliver to PO boxes.

• Orders are processed from the www.taulanga.com online store in Auckland, New Zealand.
